About Juan Kuang

Juan Kuang was incorporated as Juan Kuang (M) Industrial Sdn. Bhd. under the Companies Act, 1965 on 16th July 1981 and assumed the name Juan Kuang (M) Industrial Berhad on conversion to a public listed company on 3rd November 1992. The Company was listed on the Second Board of the KLSE on 28th July 1993. The principal activity of Juan Kuang is an investment holding company. Its subsidiary companies are primarily involved in the manufacture and supply of wire harness for vehicles, automotive accessories, high tension ignition cable sets and PVC wires and cables as well as the manufacture, sales and marketing of filament lights, electrical wiring products and accessories. Its subsidiary companies are also involved in import, stocking and trading supply of electronic products and accessories.
